Opal is a house in two levels. The entrance is though a small open courtyard. The entrance level includes a small guest bedroom and the bathroom. The staircase leading from the entrance level to the main living level ends with the stunning sea view through the living room and the terrace. The Opal house has an undisturbed view to the sea, and also an outdoor area at the highest level of the whole housing complex, combing two different views of the site. The outdoor area – connected to the kitchen and the bedroom – has also a curved swimming pool lifted, giving the sense of floating at the edge of the pool. The independent pergola is integrated in the green landscape creating a well-defined outdoor space with the house, in which existing natural big stones forming an interesting landscape.
